Sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF ROLLING FORK, Mississippi until 2:00 P.M., local time, on November 29, 2022 at the CITY OF ROLLING FORK CITY Hall, 64 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St., ROLLING FORK, Mississippi - 39519 for supplying all labor and materials necessary for the construction of HVAC RENOVATIONS FOR ROLLING FORK CIVIC CENTER RE-BID. Bid will be opened at 2:00 P.M., local time, on November 29, 2022 at CITY OF ROLLING FORK CITY Hall, 64 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St., ROLLING FORK, Mississippi – 39519.
Electronic Bids will also be accepted until 2:00 P.M. on November 29, 2022, by electronic submission as a PDF file at imsengineersbids.com each bidder submitting a bid electronically shall include a cover document titled Bid: HVAC RENOVATIONS FOR ROLLING FORK CIVIC CENTER RE-BID and shall list the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number as part of its PDF bid submittal. Any electronic PDF bid that does not include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number shall not be considered.
Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and have a Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors.
Documents are available for viewing online at imsengineersbids.com and can be obtained via hard copy or pdf at the same site. Documents are non-refundable and must be obtained through the website.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 19719 Highway 61 S, Rolling Fork, MS 39159 at 2:00 PM on November 15, 2022. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged.
Proposals must be submitted on the form as shown in the specifications and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid and as required by the Contract Documents.
Performance and Payment Bond, in the full amount of the contract, will be required for contract security.
The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for review for a period no longer than 30 days. The owner reserves the right to wave any informalities and the owner reserves the right to reject and all bids. Contracts will be awarded based on the best bid unless previously so stated.
